Anderson was getting way too big for his little tub, and splashing up the whole kitchen! So we had to move him upstairs to his big boy tub, however, he's hasn't quite mastered the "sitting" in the tub...so we got this cool bath seat! He loves it!! He likes to kick his feet and splash his hands in the water...he's too much fun to watch. He LOVES bath time!!

Starting some solids...mmmmmm
Anderson has been showing quite the interest in food lately, and has been more and more hungry! All signs that he is getting ready for solids...so we've been giving him some tastes of his rice & oat cereal! He seems to like it, and he's catching on...its really cute seeing him make funny faces to the textures, its all so new to him! He loves his high chair...we let him sit and play in it so that he gets used to it before he starts spending more time eating in there...we are going to wait until he's closer to 6 months before we start any other foods...what an exciting time for our little guy!!
So I thought this was worth mentioning, because for the past month we've been making sure we are all wearing orange to support the Holland soccer team competing in the world cup of 2010! Unfortunately on Saturday, July 10th they lost to Spain :( This was a big disappointment to the entire Mol family...but it was fun while it lasted...and we made sure to keep up the team spirit! Anderson looked soooo adorable in orange, after all...he is exactly 1/2 Dutch...so he should get used to this color!
Sitting up!
Our little man is sitting up!! Its time to move him into his big boy tub...too much splashing in the kitchen!!
Write it all down...
I have decided to start blogging so that one day our kids can look back and know exactly what was happening in our family when they were too little to remember. Amidst the daily routine of household chores, taking care of our precious baby Anderson, and just being a wife & mother...there seems to be less and less moments of free time in each passing day. This is our story, and each day is a gift...I don't want to look back and not be able to remember our life just because it went by too fast...and there wasn't enough time to write it all down! I want to write it all down...the good times, the not so good times, the times we need to reflect on and remember...because it makes us who we are. We are a culmination of the experiences, and life lessons we have learned from up to this point...I want our son Anderson and future children to know where they came from, ...I feel so blessed and fortunate for my life, and there are so many thoughts and feelings I want to share with my family. So here it is, the journey begins...
